I love Howth

I am from Spain.Iﾴd visited Howth two years ago, and itﾴs a very nice town. I would like to know prices to rent and to buy an old house in Howth. Itﾴs very expensive? Itﾴs possible?
Another thing, I saw an old and nice keelboat.The 17 footer. Where i could get some information about this boat?
